Based on years of experience and more than a year in development, Inspection Manager is a real-time online project management platform designed to allow residential builders to monitor the progress of new construction inspection services provided by GENCO.

As a new home builder, it is important for you and your site managers to know the status of the many inspections required by local officials for each of the homes you are building. Inspection Manager allows you to simply login and see to the minute, the status of every inspection you have requested, if the inspection was completed or re-scheduled, and if the inspection was passed or failed. Everything you need to know about the status of the inspection services we provide are now available online and can be reviewed as often as necessary.

The Inspection Manager platform is comprised of information entered, updated and managed by three types of users:

GENCO Project Administrators

Our project administrators load each inspection as requested. By working directly with local officials and our clients, we load your new home project and all required inspections. Our inspectors are then assigned to each inspection that will be required based on their certifications.

Our Certified Inspectors

Our certified Inspectors use Inspection Manager to organize their day so that all required inspection are completed. As our inspectors complete their assigned inspections through the day, the results of each inspection are loaded as they are completed from the field. This offers you immediate notification of the completion of each inspection and the results of that inspection as soon as it has been completed. Our Inspectors can also reschedule inspections as needed to the next most convenient date. This level of real-time reporting make Inspection Manager one of the most valuable tools a builder can use to help keep project on track and moving forward.
