We are GENCO. We are an independent, Private Building Code Inspection Contractor. We have been in the business of private inspections since August, 2004 but our combined experience in the construction field well exceeds 100 years of construction knowledge and customer satisfaction. Our inspection abilities start from standard residential and commercial building inspections to Mechanical, Residential and Electrical inspections. We at GENCO strive to be the number one customer based company in Northeast Florida. We believe that close and constant communication is the key to great results, yours and ours. At the present time we employ a total of 6 full time inspectors with the intent of further growth. Our office is centrally located on the Southside of Jacksonville and our office staff is ready to assist you in ally our inspection needs.

Carl Coger serves as our Lead Inspector. Mr. Coger is well-respected throughout the building inspection industry. He believes highly in customer communication and is always available to assist you in all of your inspection needs.

Roop Khirsukhani serves as our qualifying Professional Engineer overseeing all areas of compliance. Mr. Khirsukhani has a varied and respected background and an extensive knowledge in the construction industry.

Along with building inspections, we also provide quality Plan Review and Permitting. In most cases you will receive your permit and be ready for construction in 72 hours.
